PREPARATION
1. Boil 500 milliliters of milk in pan and boil till it is reduces.
2. Let it cool from boiling temperature to warm temperature.
3. Take 2 teaspoons of curd in a bowl and whisk it.
4. Pour 2 teaspoons of whisked curd in one jug and warm milk in another jug and mix it both.
5. Now, pour it into the matka and seal it with cling wrap.
6. Keep it in a warm place for overnight.
7. Refrigerate it and serve chilled & fresh dahi.
