INGREDIENTS

Oats - 200 grams

Water - 700 milliliters

Rice flour - 140 grams

Gram flour - 100 grams

Onions - 210 grams

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 2 tablespoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Curry leaves - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 2 teaspoons

Water - 220 milliliters

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams oats, 700 milliliters water and soak for 10 minutes.

2. Add 140 grams rice flour, 100 grams gram flour, 210 grams onions, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons ginger, 2 tablespoons green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons curry leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons butter, 220 milliliters water and mix all the ingredients well.

3. Take a scoop out from the mixture and pour it in hot oil.

4. Deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
