INGREDIENTS
Ketchup - 60 grams
Tabasco sauce - 1 tablespoon
Mustard paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 250 grams

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 60 grams ketchup, 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard paste, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and mix well to combine.
2. Add 250 grams paneer in the mixture. Coat the paneer and refrigerate for half hour.
3. Take a papad and crush it.
4. Coat the paneer cubes in the crushed papad.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
