INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 65 grams
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 45 grams
Grated paneer - 200 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and tuck the dough well.
3. Rest the dough for 10 - 15 minutes.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Then, add 65 grams onions and fry till translucent.
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon green chili and stir well.
7. Now, add 45 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
9. Add 200 grams grated paneer and mix it well.
10. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it again.
11. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes.
12. Now, add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
13. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
14. Place some prepared paneer mixture on it.

16. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
