INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Ghee - 60 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams ghee, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds and mix it well.
2. Add 80 milliliters water and knead it into a stiff and tight dough.
3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into equal portions.
5. Roll them into a round thin chapati.
6. Now, fold it into half keeping some space on the edges and gold it again, diagonally.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve with tea or coffee.
