Peanut Chaat

INGREDIENTS
Water - 880 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Peanuts - 185 grams
Cucumber - 230 grams
Tomato - 230 grams
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 880 milliliters water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 185 grams peanuts and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil. Remove the peanuts from the water and keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
