Semolina Crispy Pakoda

INGREDIENTS 

Semolina - 180 grams

Yogurt - 180 grams

Water - 150 milliliters

Bell pepper - 75 grams

Cauliflower - 70 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams semolina, 180 grams yogurt, 150 milliliters water, 75 grams bell pepper, 70 grams cauliflower, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.

3. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.

4. Take a scoop out from the mixture and pour it in hot oil.

5. Deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
