Stuffed Mushrooms
Servings 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams ( Green , Red)
Broccoli - 30 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 85 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Mushroom - 250 grams
Bread crumbs
Water

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 60 grams onions and stir well until onions turns brown.
2. Add 80 grams bell pepper (green, red), 30 grams broccoli and mix well.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon coriander and again mix well. Cook 3 - 5 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl add 85 grams all purpose flour, water and mix well to smooth paste.
5. Add 100 grams mozzarella cheese in a veggie mixture bowl and mix well.
6. Take a mushroom and add the filling inside the mushroom.
7. Dip the mushrooms in all purpose flour paste and roll in bread crumbs.
8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
9. Serve hot and enjoy.
