Tandoori Aloo Tikka

INGREDIENTS

Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Tandoori masala - 2 teaspoons

Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

Yogurt - 240 grams

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

Half boiled potatoes - 400 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except half boiled potatoes.

2. Mix all the ingredients well. Add 400 grams half boiled potatoes and mix it well.

3. Marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

5. Skewer the potatoes.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 minutes.

7. Serve hot.
