Veg Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Bell pepper - 100 grams

Boiled mashed potatoes - 160 grams

Onions - 50 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Paneer - 75 grams

Onions - 25 grams

Bell pepper - 80 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Bread slice

Butter - for brushing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams bell pepper,160 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 50 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix well to combine.

2. In a another mixing bowl, add 75 grams paneer, 80 grams bell pepper, 50 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.

3. Take a bread slice cut it’s all edges.

4. Spread some mixture on it and cover it with another bread slice.

5. Take a toothpick and prick bell pepper, panner and onions on it.

6. Transfer sandwich to baking sheet and brush with butter.

7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Serve.
