Veg Soya Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Soya granules - 80 grams
Water
Boiled potatoes - 350 grams
Boiled green peas - 200 grams
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Coriander seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 80 grams
Oil

 

PREPARATION


1. Soak 80 grams soya granules with water for 10 minutes to make it soft. After 10 minutes strain the soya granules and discard the water.
2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Add 80 grams bread crumbs and mix well.
4. Take a small portion of the mixture and make a cylinder shapes. Press each part along the length of a skewer to make a kebab.
5. Brush each kebab with the oil.
6. Heat some oil on a pan and put the kebab on it. Cook on medium heat by rolling on all sides until golden all around.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
