Hot Turmeric Milk

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 220 milliliters

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Ghee - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Boil 220 milliters milk in a deep pan, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon ghee and mix well to combine. Bring it to a boil.

3. Pour the mixture into the glass.

4. Serve.
