Easy Poha Muffins

INGREDIENTS
Flattened rice - 200 grams
Potatoes - 100 grams
Onions - 30 grams
Peanuts - 40 grams
Green peas - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Green chili -1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 100 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
Water - 120 milliliters
Fruit salt - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Schezwan sauce - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams flattened rice, 100 grams potatoes, 30 grams onions, 40 grams peanuts, 2 tablespoons green peas, 3 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 100 grams yogurt, 350 milliliters water and mix well to combine.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon yogurt, 120 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons fruit salt, 3 tablespoons oil and mix well.
4. Divide the batter between muffin cups.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake muffins for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
6. Top with schezwan sauce.
7. Serve and enjoy.
