INGREDIENTS

Semolina - 110 grams

Yogurt - 130 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 2 tablespoons

Fruit salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 1 tablespoon

Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Rice flour - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Semolina - 1/2 tablespoon

Curry leaves - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Onions - 2 tablespoons

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 110 grams semolina, 130 grams yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.

2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

3. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon fruit salt, 1 tablespoon water and mix it well.

4. Then, add all the remaining ingredients in it.

5. Mix all the ingredients well.

6. Take a spoon of batter and drop in hot oil slowly one by one.

7. Deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

8. Serve hot wit mayonnaise or ketchup.
