Vegetables Oats Pancake

INGREDIENTS

Oats flour - 110 grams

Carrot - 55 grams

Spinach - 45 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 220 milliliters

Fruit salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 2 teaspoons

Oil

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 110 grams oats flour, 55 grams carrot, 45 grams spinach, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 220 milliliters water and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Just before making the pancakes, add 1/2 teaspoon fruit salt, 2 teaspoons water and mix it well.

3. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.

4. Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make a thick round shape.

5. Cook till it turns light brown in color from both sides.

6. Garnish with carrot and coriander.

7. Serve immediately with pudina chutney.
