INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 teaspoons

Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 85 grams

Tomato - 90 grams

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Mushrooms - 200 grams

Scrambled paneer - 250 grams
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - for garnishing

Ginger julienne - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saut for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Add 85 grams onions and fry till translucent.

3. Then, add 90 grams tomato and saute till it turns soft and pulpy.

4. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

5. Add 200 grams mushrooms and mix it again. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

6. Then, add 250 grams scrambled paneer and mix it well.

7. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

8. Garnish with coriander and ginger julienne.

9. Serve.
