INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 500 grams
Sugar - 350 grams
Eggs - 3
Oil - 120 milliliters
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Butter milk - 200 milliliters
Oil - for brushing
Sugar - for garnishing
Cinnamon - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Grease loaf pan with oil and generously sprinkle with sugar - cinnamon.
3. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan, garnish with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Preheat the oven to 335°F/170°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
5. Cool completely in the pan. Cut it into slices.
6. Serve and enjoy.
