INGREDIENTS
Water - 700 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Macaroni - 150 grams
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese - 25 grams
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted garlic - 2 tablespoons
Sour cream - 25 grams
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Green spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Boil 700 milliliters water in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, and 150 grams macaroni. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until al dente.
2. Drain the macaroni and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoon garlic, 25 grams parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Toss well until evenly coated.
3. Spread the seasoned macaroni in a single layer on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and let the pasta chips cool slightly.
5. Mash 2 tablespoons roasted garlic in a bowl. Add 25 grams sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy.
6. Garnish the dip with sliced green spring onions and serve with the crispy Garlic Parmesan Pasta Chips.
