PREPARATION
1. Take a pressure cooker, add 270 grams carrots, 1 litre water and cover it with lid.
2. Cook till you hear 1 whistle.
3. Open the lid and remove it from water.
4. Cut it into pieces.
5. Transfer this into a blender, add 300 grams pineapple and blend it into a smooth puree. Keep aside.
6. Heat 50 milliliters ghee in a pan, add the blended mixture in it and mix it well.
7. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. Heat 60 milliliters oil in a another pan, add 165 grams semolina and roast until it turns golden brown in color.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 min Utes on medium heat.
11. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
12. Take a skillet, add 450 milliliters milk and stir well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. Then, add the roasted semolina and mix it well.
15. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
16. Now, add the prepared carrot and pineapple mixture and mix it well.
17. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons almonds and mix it well.
18. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
19. Garnish with almonds.
20. Serve hot.

Milk - 220 milliliters
Jaggery - 30 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cashews - 2 tablespoons
Raisins - 2 tablespoons
Almonds - for garnishing
