Chocolate and Orange Bread Butter Pudding

INGREDIENTS
Orange peel - 100 grams
Sugar - 250 grams
Orange juice - 200 milliliters
Chocolate - 100 grams
Fresh cream - 100 milliliters
Bread slices
Butter
Milk - 300 milliliters
Eggs - 3
Fresh cream - 200 grams
Powdered brown sugar - 50 grams
Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 100 grams orange peel, 250 grams sugar, 200 milliliters orange juice and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Take pan, add 100 grams chocolate, 100 grams fresh cream and stir until the chocolate is melted.
4. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
5. Take two bread slices and spread butter on it.
6. On one slice spread the prepared orange marmalade.
7. On the other slice spread the prepared chocolate.
8. Place it on the other bread slice.
9. Place it into a dish and keep aside.
10. In a mixing bowl, add 300 milliliters milk, 3 eggs, 200 grams fresh cream, 50 grams powdered brown sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and whisk it well.
11. Spread this mixture on top of the prepared bread.
12. Garnish with chocolate.
13. Preheat the oven to 335°F/170°C. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
14. Cut it into slices.
15. Top with ice cream or orange slice.
16. Garnish with chocolate or chocolate syrup.
17. Serve.
