INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 10 grams
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 10 grams
Milk - 1.5 litres
Sugar - 150 grams
Feniya - 200 grams
Almonds - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add 10 grams cashews and roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add 10 grams almonds and roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
4. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
5. Take a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litres milk and stir well.
6. Bring it to a boil.
7. Add 150 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
8. Then, add 200 grams feniya and mix it well.
9. Bring it to a boil.
10. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
11. Now, add the roasted dry fruits and mix it well.
12. Cook for another 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
13. Remove it from heat.
14. Garnish with almonds.
15. Serve.
