INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 110 grams
Wheat flour - 100 grams
Jaggery - 80 grams
Coconut - 15 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Poppy seeds - to taste
Almonds - to taste
Pistachios - to taste

PREPARATION


1. Heat 110 grams ghee in a pan, add 100 grams wheat flour and mix it well.
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Then, add 80 grams jaggery and mix it well.
4. Add 15 grams coconut, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Take a tray and add some poppy seeds on it.
8. Transfer the mixture into a tray and spread it evenly.
9. Add some almonds and pistachios on it.
10. Rest the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.
11. Cut it into pieces.
12. Serve.
