INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 220 grams

Custard powder - 50 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 120 grams

Powdered sugar - 120 grams

Tutti fruiti - 50 grams

Milk - 30 milliliters

Rose essence - 1 teaspoon

Cashews - to taste    

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bow, add 220 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams custard powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix well.
  2. Take 120 grams melted butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar, and whisk it properly.
  3. Then, add 1 teaspoon rose essence and whisk again until all ingredients combine together.
  4. Now, add prepared flour mixture, 50 grams Tutti Frutti, and mix well with spatula.
  5. Now , start mixing it with hand and add 30 milliliters milk.
  6. Knead the mixture properly to make a smooth dough.
  7. Place it on the flat surface and roll and press it to make a elongate shape.
  8. Cover it using a cling wrap.
  9. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  10. Now, remove the cling wrap and place it on the flat surface.
  11. Using a sharp knife, cut it into 2 centimetre wide pieces.
  12. Place it on the baking tray, and garnish it with chopped cashews.
  13. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 18- 20 minutes.
  14. Ready to serve.
