Sweet Kaju Lollipops

INGREDIENTS

Cashews - 320 grams
Ghee - 30 milliliters
Milk - 150 milliliters
Milk powder - 275 grams
Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk - 90 grams
Desiccated coconut - for coating

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 320 grams cashews and blend it into a powder. Keep aside.
2. Heat 30 milliliters ghee, 150 milliliters milk in a heavy skillet, add 275 grams milk powder and mix it well.
3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a bowl, add blended cashews, 1 teaspoon orange zest, 90 grams condensed milk and mix it well.
5. Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
6. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a kulfi. (See Video)
7. Prick a wooden stick inside it.
8. Coat it with desiccated coconut properly.
9. Serve.
