Aloo Ka Halwa

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 70 grams

Boiled mashed potatoes - 350 grams

Sugar - 100 grams

Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Almonds - 10 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 70 grams ghee in a heavy skillet. Add 350 grams boiled mashed potatoes and cook well.

2. Stir continuously as it tends to stick to bottom a little. Add 100 grams sugar and mix well.

3. Cook till the sugar dissolves completely and the halwa starts leaving ghee. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 10 grams almonds and mix well.

4. Garnish with almonds and cashews.

5. Serve hot and enjoy.
