PREPARATION
1. Take a heavy skillet, add 500 grams of khoa and 50 grams of sugar.
2. Mix the mixture well and stir on low heat till the water in khoa is dry.
3. Now add 3 tablespoons of ghee and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, keep stirring till the mixture turns thick.
4. Transfer the mixture in a baking pan. Spread the mixture evenly and garnish with pistachios.
5. Let it cool for 1-2 hours.
6. Once the barfi cools down, slice into squares or diamond shapes.
7. Enjoy.
