Besan Ladoo

INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 125 milliliters

Gram flour - 500 grams

Powdered sugar - 250 grams

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Raisin - 20 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 125 milliliters of ghee in a pan, add 500 grams gram flour and roast till a nice aroma is given out.

2. Transfer roasted gram flour to a bowl, add 250 grams powdered sugar and mix.

3. Add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 20 grams raisin and mix.

4. Roll into even sized ladoos. Cool and store. 

5. Serve.
