Chocolate Biscuit Pastry

INGREDIENTS

Bourbon biscuits - 350 grams

Milk - 250 milliliters

Fruit salt - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for brushing

Whipped cream - 200 grams

Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon

Chocolate syrup - 1 tablespoon

Chocolate chips - to taste

Grated chocolate - to taste

Chocolate syrup - to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 350 grams bourbon biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
  2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 250 milliliters milk in batches and mix it well to make a thick batter.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon fruit salt and mix it well.
  4. Take a tawa and place it on a induction.
  5. Place a pan on it and brush it with oil.
  6. Add the prepared batter in it and spared it evenly.
  7. Cover it with lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
  8. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
  9. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams whipped cream and whisk it well.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup and mix it well.
  11. Take the bread and cut it’s edges.
  12. Cut it into half to make a rectangle.
  13. Place it on a board.
  14. Add the prepared frosting on it.
  15. Add some chocolate chips on top of it.
  16. Place the another bread slice on it.
  17. Again, add the prepared frosting on it and spread it evenly.
  18. Garnish with some grated chocolate.
  19. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  20. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on it.
  21. Decorate it with prepared frosting.
  22. Garnish with grated chocolate.
  23. Serve.
