Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Servings - 3-4

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 60 grams

Sugar - 45 grams

Egg - 1 

Refined flour - 120 grams

Cashew - 30 grams

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Chocolate chips - 45 grams

Vanilla syrup - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl and add 60 grams butter, 45 grams sugar and 1 egg. Mix the ingredients till mixture becomes smooth stiff dough.

2. Now add 120 grams refined flour, 30 grams cashew, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 45 grams chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup and mix gently.

3. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes. 

4. With help of scooper, place a scoop of dough 2 inches apart onto baking tray.

5. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 25 minutes or until light brown.

6. Cool the cookies and serve with milk.
