Easy Chocolate Lava Cake

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Chocolate - 200 grams
Butter - 110 grams
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 60 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 30 grams 

PREPARATION


1.Take a fry pan add water in it, put a bowl over the pan add 200 grams chocolate, 110 grams butter and stir. It should be completely melted.
2.In a mixing bowl, Add 2 eggs , 1 egg yolk and mix. Add 60 grams sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again.
3.Add 30 grams all purpose flour and again mix everything until it’s thoroughly mixed.
4.Add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate to the mixture in the mixing bowl, then use a whisker to gently mix. Add the rest of the chocolate mixture, and mix together until you have a uniform batter with no streaks.
5.Take a cupcake wrapper grease it with butter and all purpose flour.
6.Divide the batter in the greased cups.
7.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes or until the tops are just set but the cakes still jiggle slightly when you shake them.
8.Let the finished cakes sit in cups for five minutes when they’re finished baking. 
9. Take out the cake from the wrapper.
10.Garnish them with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup.
11.Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
