Fried Ice Cream Bombs

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Verka ice cream

All purpose flour - 290 grams

Verka milk - 500 milliliters

Corn flakes - 220 grams

Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

Melted dark chocolate - for dipping

PREPARATION

1. Take a scoop of verka ice cream and place it on a tray.

2. Freeze it for 40 - 45 minutes.

3. In a mixing bowl, add 290 grams all purpose flour, 500 milliliters verka milk and mix it well.

4. Dip the ice cream in it and coat it well.

5. Again freeze it for 40 minutes.

6. In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams corn flakes, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.

7. Now, remove the ice cream from freezer and dip it in all purpose flour mixture and roll it in corn flakes.

8. Coat the ice cream well.

9. Then, again freeze it for 40 minutes.

10. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.

11. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

12. Now, dip it in melted dark chocolate and place them on a tray.

13. Garnish with mixed dry fruits.

14. Again freeze for 20 minutes.

15. Serve and enjoy!
