Homemade Chocolate Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

Oats - 200 grams

Wheat flour - 320 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Powdered brown sugar - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 250 grams

Fresh cream - 70 milliliters

Melted chocolate

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 200 grams oats, 320 grams wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon powdered brown sugar and blend well.
  2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 250 grams butter and mix it well.
  3. Then, add 70 milliliters fresh cream and knead it into a dough.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for 10 - 15 minutes.
  5. Take the dough and dust it with flour.
  6. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  7. Cut out circles from it.
  8. Place it on a baking tray.
  9. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  10. Remove it from oven.
  11. Add some melted chocolate on top of it.
  12. Again refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
  13. Serve.
