INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 140 grams

Warm water - 300 milliliters

Water - 1 litre

Sugar - 430 grams

Water - 220 milliliters

Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon

Coconut - 260 grams

Raisins - 490 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 140 grams wheat flour, 300 milliliters warm water and mix it well to combine.

2. Boil 1 litre water in a deep pan and place the bowl on top of it. Cover it with a cloth and rest the mixture for over night.

3. In a heavy pot, add 430 grams sugar, 220 milliliters water and mix it well.

4. Add 1/4 teaspoon organic food color and bring it to boil. Keep aside.

5. Pour the wheat flour batter into a ketchup bottle.

6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

7. Transfer this into sugar syrup and mix well.

8. Transfer it into a baking tray and cool for 15 - 20 minutes.

9. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

10. Transfer it to a baking tray.

11. In a mixing bowl, add 260 grams coconut, 490 grams raisins, sweet boondi, boondi and mix all the ingredients well.

12. Serve.
