Brownie cake mix - 860 grams
Eggs - 4
Oil - 130 milliliters
Water - 80 milliliters
Organic food color (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow) - 2 drops, each
Colourful gems
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 860 grams brownie cake mix, 4 eggs, 130 milliliters oil, 80 milliliters water and whisk it well to make a thick and smooth batter.
2. Transfer the batter into a baking dish.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180 °C. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove it from oven and cool it for 30 to 40 minutes.
4. Divide equal amount of whipped cream in 4 bowls.
5. Add 2 drops of organic food color in it and mix it well.
6. Take the cake and cut it into slices.
7. Apply whipped cream on top of it and decorate with gems.
8. Serve and enjoy!
