INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Cocoa powder - 80 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 220 milliliters
Oil - 60 milliliters
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 70 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Milk chocolate - 2 tablespoons
Chocolate sauce - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 80 grams cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Whisk well to combine.
2. In a separate bowl, add 220 milliliters milk, 60 milliliters oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Whisk until smooth.
3. Add 70 grams sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
4. Then, add the prepared flour mixture and whisking well to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
5. Grease an appe mould with oil. Using a piping bag, fill each cavity with the batter, add a little milk chocolate in the center, and cover it with more batter.
6. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, flip gently, and cook the other side until done.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chocolate sauce.
8. Serve.
