 Pull Apart Graveyard Cupcakes

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
(For Tombstone)
Butter - 120 grams
Powdered sugar - 110 grams
Eggs - 2
Vanilla Essence - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 220 grams

(For Cupcakes)
Butter - 100 grams
Powdered sugar - 120 grams
Eggs - 2
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 240 grams
Milk - 45 milliliters

(For Frosting)
Butter - 280 grams
Powdered sugar - 600 grams
Fresh cream - 100 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Crushed oreo biscuits - 120 grams

(For Decorations)
Melted dark chocolate
Marshmallows
Black licorice
Crushed oreo biscuits
Lollipops
White fondant
Green sprinkles
Orange sprinkles

PREPARATION


(For Tombstone)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams butter and whisk it well.
2. Add 110 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
3. Add 2 eggs one by one and whisk it well.
4. Then, add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, 220 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a dough.
5. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
6. Take the dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Cut out a graveyard shape from it. (See Video)
8. Place it on a baking tray.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
10. Remove it from oven and keep aside.

(For Cupcakes)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter and whisk it well.
2. Add 120 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
3. Add 2 eggs one by one and whisk it well.
4. Then, add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 240 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a thick batter.
5. Add 45 milliliters milk and mix it well.
6. Divide the mixture into a cupcake tray.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
8. Remove it from oven and keep aside.

(For Frosting)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams butter and whisk it well.
2. Add 600 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
3. Add 100 grams fresh creamm and whisk it well.
4. Then, add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, 120 grams crushed oreo biscuits and mix it well.
5. Keep aside.

(Assembling)
1. Take the baked cookie and write RIP with melted dark chocolate on it.
2. Take a board and place the 4 muffins horizontally and 3 muffins vertically on it.
3. Place the marshmallows in-between the gaps. (See Video)
4. Now, spread the prepared oreo frosting on it and spread it evenly.
5. Make the boundary and gate with black licorice.
6. Add some crushed oreo biscuits on top of it.
7. Place the baked tombstones on it.
8. Decorate it with lollipops and place the white fondant on it to make a ghost.
9. Make eyes with the help of melted dark chocolate.
10. To make pumpkins make a ball of white fondant and coat it with orange sprinkles.
11. Garnish with green sprinkle on it.
12. Serve.
