PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 90 milliliters oil and 90 grams powdered sugar. Whisk well until combined.
2. Add 120 grams curd, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, and 1 tablespoon condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
3. Add 160 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Whisk again to combine well.
4. Add 80 milliliters milk and whisk well to make smooth whisk until a smooth batter forms. Divide the batter into three equal portions.
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon orange food colour to one portion, mix well, and keep aside.
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon green food colour to another portion, mix well, and keep aside. Leave the third portion plain (white).
7. Pour the orange, white, and green batters into separate prepared baking dish and transfer to a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 356°F/180°C and bake for 20 - 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Remove from the oven and allow the cakes to cool completely.
9. Place the green cake layer on a board and brush with sugar syrup. Spread a layer of vanilla whipped cream evenly over it.
10. Place the white cake layer on top, brush with sugar syrup, and spread vanilla whipped cream.
11. Place the orange cake layer on top, brush with sugar syrup, and cover the entire cake with vanilla whipped cream.
12. Decorate the cake using orange and green whipped cream (see video).
13. Slice and serve.
