Chicken - 520 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
BBQ sauce - 2 tablespoons
(For Yogurt Dip)
Hung curd - 100 grams
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Grated cucumber - 50 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
(For Sticky BBQ Chicken)
Ketchup - 130 grams
Vinegar - 70 millilitres
Bourbon whiskey - 70 milliliters
Brown sugar - 50 grams
Chilli sauce - 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
(For Chicken Marination)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
(For Yogurt Dip)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.
(For Sticky BBQ Chicken)
1. Take a skillet, add 130 grams ketchup, 70 milliliters vinegar, 70 milliliters bourbon whiskey, 50 grams brown sugar, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Cook until the gravy thickens.
4. Now, add the baked chicken in it and mix it well.
5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
6. Serve hot with prepared yogurt dip.
