Chicken thighs - 1 kilogram
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Tandoori chicken powder - 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 20 milliliters
Honey - 20 milliliters
Lemon juice - 20 milliliters
Oil - for shallow frying
Ghee - 50 milliliters
Honey - 40 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 kilogram chicken thighs, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 tablespoons tandoori chicken powder, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 20 milliliters olive oil, 20 milliliters honey, 20 milliliters lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Marinate for 3 - 4 hours.
3. Heat some oil in a grill pan and cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
4. Remove it from heat.
5. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters ghee, 40 milliliters honey and mix it well.
6. Place the chicken on a baking tray and brush it with ghee and honey mixture.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
8. Garnish with spring onions.
9. Serve.
