Mayonnaise - 180 grams
Dry parsley - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer - 300 grams
Salt - for coating
Black pepper - for coating
Butter - for shallow frying
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - for brushing
Bread slices
Lettuce
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
2. Take a paneer slice and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.
3. Coat it completely.
4. Heat some butter in a grill pan and place the paneer slices on it.
5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 200 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
10. Remove it from heat.
11. Heat some butter in a pan, place a bread slice on it.
12. Brush it with butter.
13. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
14. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
15. Spread the prepared mayonnaise on it.
16. Place some lettuce on it.
17. Then, place the fried paneer slice on it.
18. Cover it with another slice of bread.
19. Again spread some prepared mayonnaise on it.
20. Place some lettuce leaves on top of it.
21. Add the prepared bell pepper on it.
22. Cover it with another slice of bread.
23. Serve.
