Chicken wings - 980 grams
Curd - 100 grams
Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
Dry red chili - 2
Black cardamom - 1 pod
Oil - 40 milliliters
Garlic - 25 grams
Ginger - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Curd - 200 grams
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 980 grams chicken wings, 100 grams curd, 2 teaspoons garlic paste, 2 teaspoons ginger paste, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Remove it from oven.
6. Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 2 dry red chili, 1 pod black cardamom and dry roast for 3 -5 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
7. Transfer this into a blender and blend it into a fine powder.
8. Heat 40 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 25 grams garlic and stir for 1 - 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
9. Add 40 grams ginger and stir again.
10. Add 1 tablespoon green chili and stir again for a minute.
11. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric and mix it well.
12. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
13. Now, add the baked chicken in it and mix it well.
14. Add 200 grams curd and mix it well.
15. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
16. Add the prepared masala in it and mix it well.
17. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
18. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
19. Garnish with coriander.
20. Serve hot.
