INGREDIENTS

Chicken wings - 350 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Egg white - 1
Oil - for frying
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Green chili - 3

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams chicken wings, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 1 egg white and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.
4. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
5. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
6. Add 8 - 10 curry leaves, 3 green chili and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Now, add the fried chicken wings and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Remove it from heat.
10. Serve hot.
