Chicken Macaroni

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken - 300 grams

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Crushed black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - 3 1/2 tablespoons, divided

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 120 grams

Bell pepper - 65 grams

Tomato - 180 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon

Crushed black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Boiled macaroni - 155 grams

Coriander - 1 1/2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams boneless chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper and mix it well.

2. Marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well.

4. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.

5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.

7. Then, add 120 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.

8. Add 65 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

9. Now, add 180 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.

10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

11. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.

12. Then, add the cooked chicken in it and mix it well.

13. Now, add 155 grams boiled macaroni and mix it again.

14. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

15. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.

16. Serve hot.
