Chicken Seekh Kebab Omelette

INGREDIENTS
(For Chicken Seekh Kebab)
Minced chicken - 640 grams
Onions - 120 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoon
Roasted gram flour - 30 grams
Corn flour - 20 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons

(For Omelette)
Eggs - 3
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - for cooking

PREPARATION


(For Chicken Seekh Kebab)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a kebab.
4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
5. Skewer the chicken in it and shape it into a kebab.
6. Heat some butter in a pan, add the kebab’s on it.
7. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Chicken Seekh Kebab Omelette)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Heat some butter in a pan, add the mixture in it.
3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Place the prepared kebab on it.
5. Flip the omelette carefully.
6. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
7. Cut it into half.
8. Serve.
