Chicken Seekh Pao

INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken - 850 grams
Bread crumbs - 60 grams
Onions - 100 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Oil - for shallow frying
Water - 500 milliliters
Spinach - 100 grams
Mint - 10 grams
Oil - 15 milliliters
Processed cheese - 100 grams
Milk - 150 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh cream - 60 grams
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 850 grams minced chicken, 60 grams bread crumbs, 100 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 15 milliliters lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and place a skewer on it.
3. Flat it with the help of your fingers.
4. Cover it completely to make a kebab. (See Video)
5. Heat some oil in a grill pan and cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
6. Remove it from heat and remove the skewer from it.
7. Cut it into pieces.
8. Take a pan, add 500 milliliters water, 100 grams spinach and stir well.
9. Bring it to a boil.
10. Boil for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
11. Remove it from heat and drain the spinach.
12. Transfer this into a blender, add 10 grams mint and blend it into a puree.
13. Heat 15 milliliters oil in a pan, add the blended puree in it and mix it well.
14. Then, add 100 grams processed cheese and mix it well.
15. Now, add 150 milliliters milk and mix it again.
16. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
17. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
18. Bring it to a boil.
19. Add 60 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
20. Then, add the cooked seekh kebab and mix it well.
21. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
22. Add 15 milliliters lemon juice and mix it well.
23. Remove it from heat.
24. Serve hot.
