Chilli Turkey Stir Fry

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 500 milliliters
Broccoli - 55 grams
Green beans - 60 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Minced u.s. turkey - 550 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Carrots - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 110 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Sweet chili sauce - 45 grams
Spring onions - 5 grams
Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. Take a pan, add 500 milliliters water, 55 grams broccoli, 60 grams green beans and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Remove it from heat and drain the veggies. Keep aside.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 550 grams minced u.s. turkey and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
7. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste and stir well.
10. Then, add 60 grams carrots and mix it well.
11. Now, add 110 grams bell pepper, boiled veggies and mix it well.
12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
13. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
14. Add 45 grams sweet chili sauce and mix it well.
15. Now, add the cooked turkey, 5 grams spring onions and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Add 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and mix it well.
18. Remove it from heat.
19. Serve hot.
