Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1 litre

Penne pasta - 210 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - 1/2 teaspoon

Boneless chicken - 450 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 1/2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Fresh cream - 210 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Parmesan Cheese - 60 grams

Parmesan Cheese - for garnish

Coriander - for garnish

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 litre water in a pan, add 210 grams penne pasta, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil and mix well & cook until soften. Drain and keep aside.

2. Take 450 grams boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces.

3. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder,1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and mix it well.

4. Marinate for 30 minutes.

5. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add marinated chicken and cook 10 - 15 minutes.

6. Heat 2 tablespoons butter, add 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and sauce 2 - 3 minutes.

7. Add 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and mix it well.

8. Add 210 grams fresh cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 60 grams parmesan cheese and mix it well.

9. Now, add cooked chicken and cook 2 - 3 minutes.

10. Add boiled pasta and mix it well to combine.

11. Garnish with parmesan cheese, coriander.

12. Serve.
