Sole fish - 920 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Salt -1 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 140 grams
Green chili - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coconut cream - 400 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 920 grams sole fish, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well to combine.
2. Marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan, and slightly fry marinated fish pieces on a medium heat and keep it aside.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons coconut oil in a heavy skillet, add 8 - 10 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon garlic and saute 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Now, add 140 grams onions and saute until the onions turn soft and light golden brown.
6. Then, add 2 teaspoon green chilli, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it.
7. Now, add fried fish and mix it well.
8. Then, add 400 milliliters coconut milk and cook 2 - 5 minutes.
9. Serve.
