Fish Pakora With Kachumber Salad

INGREDIENTS
(For Kachumber Salad)
Onions - 50 grams
Cucumber - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

(For Batter)
Gram flour - 100 grams
Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 120 milliliters

(For Fish Pakora)
Fish (basa) - 400 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION


(For Kachumber Salad)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.

(For Batter)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except water and mix it well.
2. Add 120 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
3. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.

(For Fish Pakora)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams fish (basa), 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Mariante for 10 minutes.
3. Take the fish and dip it in the prepared batter properly.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve with prepared kachumber salad.
