INGREDIENTS

(For Green Chutney)

Coriander - 25 grams

Mint - 10 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Lemon - 1 tablespoon

Water - 70 milliliters

 

(Hariyali Mutton Chop)

Mutton chop - 350 grams

Oil - 4 tablespoons, divided

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Onions - 100 grams

Tomato - 100 grams

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 50 milliliters

Reserve marination - 100 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION

(For Green Chutney)

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(Hariyali Mutton Chop)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams mutton chop, prepared chutney and mix it well.
  2. Mariante for 2 - 3 hours.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the marinated mutton chop in it and mix it well.
  4. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
  7. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  8. Now, add the mutton in it and mix it well.
  9. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 - 12 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Add 100 grams tomato and mix it well.
  11. Again cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
  12. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
  13. Add 2 tablespoons yogurt and mix it well.
  14. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
  15. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
  16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  17. Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
  18. Now, add 100 grams reserve marination and mix it well.
  19. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  20. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
  21. Serve hot.
